A: CallSource tracking numbers are placed within all of your advertising
venues. When a phone or e-mail lead comes in, property desktop computers
receive a pop-up notification in real-time. The pop-up takes you to an
Online Guest Card that has automatically
captured the source, the phone number and often times even the name of
the prospect. A link back to the Call Recording is also featured on each
Q: What sort of software will have to be downloaded at the properties?
A: MaxLeases is a Web-based application and only requires a small
downloadable program to property computers to enable lead pop-ups.
Q: What are the technical requirements that are necessary to use an application
A: You must have Windows 2000 or XP, an Internet connection at the
properties and you need Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. That’s it!

already exists for the prospect, you can now push a button that
New Lead.” Type in the name of the prospect – let’s
say “Nancy” – and if Nancy has ever called or emailed
the property before, her Online Guest
Card is already going to
exist in the system. This card will have the source she came from,
her contact information, Call Recording, and any notes a leasing
agent might have taken. So this lead or lease, which may have been
attributed to “Drive-by” or “Other”,
has now been attributed to a source you are most likely paying for.
Q: Can MaxLeases manage my VaultWare leads?
A: MaxLeases can receive leads from VaultWare in real time and manage those leads. Ask us for more information on this option.
