MaxMentor Program -- Personalized Support


We’ve built a great application to help simplify and automate the lead tracking and management process, but that’s only half of the equation.  Our Mentoring program helps properties adopt the technology and make it a part of daily life.  MaxMentors work with property staff to streamline lead handling processes based on the guidelines that are set by the company.

Each company is assigned a specific MaxMentor to team up with. This person will be there to assist anytime, anywhere help is needed.. Whether it’s deploying new sales strategies, ensuring follow-up activities are happening in a timely manner, or confirming that call handling tactics are occurring – MaxMentors are an extra set of eyes and ears for a regional team.  Who couldn’t use a helping hand these days?
